This 4 day course will immerse students in the beauty and richness of Hawaiian Lomilomi Massage. We will share strokes and techniques from the halau of Aunty Margaret, from the Big Island. The use of the forearm will be introduced, as well as other massage techniques, assisted stretching and joint rotations.  We will explore the traditional teachings of Hawaiian healing, with Aloha & Ho'oponopono ~ Love and Forgiveness. Weekend Classes run 9:30am - 5:30 pm daily. Part 1 focuses on the back of the body.  Part 2 focuses on the front of the body. This 4 day course is a traditional style of Lomilomi Massage from the Island of Maui. In this course, the students learn a flowing, loving and effective massage routine that is easy to learn and easy to apply in a spa-like environment.  This training involves some meditation, Hawaiian spiritual teachings, and an introduction to the practice of Ho'oponopono.  Classes run 9:30am - 6:30 pm daily. This class is being held at Unity Yoga, a beautiful studio on the ocean on the Sunshine Coast. Lodging and camping options nearby. 4 full days of training ~ $675

In this 5 day training, Patti will introduce the use of the forearm in Lomi, and other shamanic techniques for releasing blocked energy from the body. Patti will teach a Temple Style Lomi routine that is sacred and trans-formative and healing on many levels.  This full body lomi routine involves many flowing and wonderfully relaxing forearms strokes, and deeper strokes that open and release stress and tension.  Students will also learn assisted stretches and Joint rotations to open the shoulders, hips, knees and wrists.
